Sealed
Items that are listed as Sealed must be in the unopened original packaging. This packaging must not have any major damage and the item must be as good as new. Scratches, dents, etc. are not allowed.
Near Mint
items that are listed as Near Mint must be as good as new.
Larger scratches or dents etc. are not allowed. The item looks like it has just been taken out of its original packaging.
Excellent
items that are listed as Excellent may only show minor signs of use. Slight scratches on the surface are allowed. Strong scratches, dents, etc. are taboo. The article looks like it has been used for a short time but would have always been handled very carefully.
Good
Articles that are listed as Good may show some signs of use. Scratches and small dents are common. However, the item must still be fully functional. The article looks like it has been used for years. An example would be a folder in which the pages are still completely but very scratched, or a tin with a lot of paint rubbed off.
Poor
Articles that are set in the Poor state are badly damaged, but still have to represent a certain value. Examples of poor articles are folders where one page is missing but the rest is intact. Or a tin that fell down and was dented on one side as a result.
Items that should not be sold: (Not a complete list)
- Folders that are falling apart
- Folders that are missing several pages
- Tins that cannot be closed
- Tins without a lid
