The name "LastDraw" and the LastDraw logo are registered trademarks in Germany. The LastDraw name and logo may only be used if the person or organization concerned has entered into a written license agreement with LastDraw.

These guidelines explain when and when you can and cannot use the LastDraw logo, LastDraw name, or screenshots of the LastDraw website.

Please be sure to follow these guidelines. Otherwise, action may be taken against you, such as: E.g. restricting your buying and selling activities or blocking your LastDraw account.

Using the LastDraw Name use the LastDraw

You can refer to the name LastDraw (for example, “See my cards on LastDraw” or “I sell on LastDraw”) provided you follow these guidelines:

don't create the impression that LastDraw is your sponsor, partner, or endorser of your company, product, or service.

When referring to LastDraw, use the name "LastDraw" only in its simple font and format. Never use the LastDraw logo in sentences. LastDraw is always written as "LastDraw". The spelling "lastdraw", "last-draw" or "LASTDRAW" is incorrect

LastDraw Affiliate Program

You can apply for the LastDraw Affiliate Program and use our special LastDraw banner on your website.

Using the LastDraw Logo

You can only use the LastDraw logo with a written permission from LastDraw.

Use screenshots

You may only use screenshots from LastDraw if you have received a written permission from LastDraw.

Prohibited Use of the LastDraw Name and Logo

LastDraw does not allow its name and logo to be used for any of the following purposes:

• Business cards
• As links to websites
• Domain names
• Your LastDraw store name or username
• Address labels Store
• windows
• Reference to LastDraw in in any way that could beas affiliation with LastDraw, sponsorship or endorsement of LastDraw

LastDraw-Domainname

Name LastDraw has exclusive trademark rights to the name "LastDraw" in Germany. We do not permit the registration, possession, use, or sale of domain names that contain "LastDraw".

True, it is common practice to register, use, and sell domain names. However, you are not permitted to own, use, or sell a domain name that contains a trademark owned by any other person or company. For more information, see the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act of 1999.

When is LastDraw written approval required ?

You must obtain written permission from LastDraw to use LastDraw's intellectual property in the following cases:

• Any use of the LastDraw logo
• Any use of LastDraw screenshots
• Any use of the name “LastDraw” in books, on merchandise, or for sponsorship , including conferences.
